There are four photos above the fold on the Village Voice’s music page, and in three of them, there are women with the Betty Page cut.

    yeah, Fixer… I am not sure what to make of it. If these women are doing to Betty Page thing because they have a leopard spotted cat-suit in their closet at home, then that’s GOOD NEWS. It might mean we’re entering a New Age of pinup girls with real women’s bodies.

    It’s not a train without a caboose, folks.

    Hey now–what’s wrong with the boyish androgyne figures we all grew to love so much in the 80s? That’s what I want to know? Don’t be dissing us skinny girls. I don’t cultivate the under nourished look–I’m just playing the cards I was dealt. And I do have a cheetah print velvet jacket. That should count for something.
