For the president, it was a rare moment of fun on an otherwise dreary overseas trip. Incurious is a word that is often bandied about in discussions of Great Leader. I would say that it’s more Government by Cracker. Of the Cracker, by the Cracker and for the Cracker. Our national identity is heaving under the weight of Gilbert Grape’s mom.

I think you’re misreading me. One is not better than the other, one is, I think, simply more accurate. Sure, he’s incurious, but he’s so much less than that, as well. He’s obdurate and bigoted and petty.
